I’ve been trying to keep my routine simple lately. Nothing complicated, just things that actually make me feel clean, hydrated, and put together.

Before I even get in the shower, I like to pour myself a glass of water with lemon. It’s a small habit, but it makes me feel refreshed and it reminds me to stay hydrated throughout the day. I’ve noticed my skin feels better when I’m consistent with that alone.

Before I shower, I usually make myself a glass of water with lemon.

Nothing crazy, but it just helps me stay on track with drinking more water. I’ve noticed that when I’m consistent with it, my skin doesn’t feel as dry and just looks better overall.

The Shower Step I Keep Repurchasing

One product I keep going back to is the L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil.

It doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight like some body washes do. It turns into a soft lather and leaves my skin clean but still comfortable. The scent is really nice too—nothing too strong, just fresh and slightly warm.

The Lotion That Actually Makes a Difference
